Great Weekend At The NPC Optimum Classic!

Hey Everybody! This weekend I was in Shreveport, LA judging the NPC Optimum Classic - Bodybuilding, Figure, Bikini Show, and it was a blast! I was able to judge & meet some great competitors. The judging panel was, as is always, a pleasure to work with. I'd like to send out thank you's to Promoter, Prince Harrison, Robert "Supe Man" Blount, and to guest poser, Dexter Jackson(whom kept me smiling.lol).

And to Bob & Laura Johnson (http://www.posedownmag.com/), a special thank you....You're sincerity and graciousness never ceases to amaze me. You two are one of a kind and will always remain dear to my heart. Love you guys! Oh and by the way....Thanks Bob, for my new handle....D. 'Armstrong' Franklin.lol!

From the front desk, to the waitress staff, to the door men & the chef....The Eldorado Resort & Casino was awesome. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Shreveport is a great spirited place. I look forward to coming back for my motivational conference with The Shreveport Women's League (Date TBA).
