As I stand and watch during bootcamp. I can't help but admire one of my eldest clients participating on this fine blessed morning.
Many have given me the excuse that well "D", I am too old, I am too busy to workout or come to bootcamp. But I want to be in better shape. My response, is are you sure? Do you really want to be in better condition?
Let me expand on my client that was mentioned in the afore going paragraph. I will withhold the name.
She is 66 years of age. She is an awesome wife, mother, and grandmother. In addition an awesome client and friend. Trust me when I say that she has and still is enduring severe adversities. However these things I will discuss have not curtailed her fitness and wellness quest in life. She is a little dynamo!!!!
My little dynamo has a sister that is very ill battling cancer. She assists with her sister's health daily. Many nights she will spend the night with her sister. Her husband recently suffered a heart attack, and a mild stroke. She assists in helping him back to health, also administering his medication, excercises, food, etc. She has raised two children, gave the airlines over thirty years and still works a part time job.
This Lady plays on the country club tennis team three days per week or more, bootcamp three days per week while still maintaining a household with help from no one. This Lady is in incredible shape. She is in better shape than people over half of her age. She runs circles around many on the tennis court and bootcamp. She also cross trains with weights as well. My little dynamo is very aware and careful with her nutrtion as well. Trust me this regimine has not just begun. I have known this Lady for at least fourteen years.
So the next time that someone tells me what they can not do. Come out to my bootcamp and meet my dynamo!!!!!
